A gastronomic hotspot #### Food Court Le big Tam Tam, Hamburg (DE) An extraordinary food market with an event stage and central bar was created on 2,000 m² in the Hanseviertel shopping arcade, a listed building. We were responsible for the general contracting and furniture construction and transformed the former Mövenpick space into a modern food hotspot. The design combines historical elements with a colourful, creative interior. Particular challenges were the variety of materials, the complex logistics in the city centre and monument protection requirements. As general contractor, we realised sophisticated tiling work, sound-absorbing wall panels and custom-made doors, among other things.
