Umdasch set new standards in project management for the NIO House in Berlin: with a fast soft opening and complex fit-out, interior fit-out and precise coordination of subcontractors and architects. The space functions not only as a showroom, but also as a community space with forums, labs and cosy areas. umdasch coordinated the implementation of demanding special requests such as customised wall panelling and technical details - always with a focus on efficient logistics, precise timing and smooth cooperation. A perfect example of excellent project management under high time pressure.

 

 

 

  

 

 Elegant modernisation in the heart of Munich

#### BETTENRID, Munich

 

We were able to assist BETTENRID in Munich with the comprehensive modernisation of its store over a period of several years. As the general contractor, we took on the entire refurbishment - from design and planning to shopfitting and turnkey implementation. Our experts have been supporting the long-established Bavarian company since 2018, gradually transforming the individual levels into a store in the style of an elegant old villa. Thanks to umdasch's one-stop-shop approach, BETTENRID received all services from a single source - for a seamless realisation across four floors.

 

 

 

  

 

 Experience for smooth large-scale projects

##### City Carré, Magdeburg (DE)

 

Restructuring a busy row of shops covering 13,500 square metres - the equivalent of almost two football pitches - in the City Carré Magdeburg was a real challenge. The existing area had to be dismantled and a completely new spatial structure created. For our team of project and construction managers, this meant a new start under high time and cost pressure. At the same time, the client's ongoing operations had to be disrupted as little as possible. The solution? A large construction site that we managed efficiently and as quietly as possible with all its trades and subcontractors. This is precisely our strength - with the experience of around 100 general contracting professionals.
