The task for ROM Technik in Dresden was to convert 700 square metres of outdated office space - with maximum flexibility in the event of changes to the plans. umdasch took on the complete implementation as general contractor: from the careful inventory and the creation of a detailed bill of quantities to dry construction, electrical work and gutting through to the fit-out of the modern office space. The integration of the existing building and the requirements of the owner and tenant were our top priorities. The floor plan was optimised to create a contemporary working environment. Flexibility was the be-all and end-all: even spontaneous changes were no problem for the umdasch GC professionals! In addition, cost-efficient implementation was essential - a challenge that umdasch met with full commitment.

We put all our expertise to the test at Deutsche Bank in Hanover. We completely remodelled the branch according to a predefined design concept. Our scope of services included the remodelling and expansion of the self-service zones, consulting and office areas as well as lounge areas. We also took on the technical planning and implementation of digital signage modules.
