In addition to modern office space, catering, event and retail areas have been created here - an innovative multi-use concept that combines the historic building fabric with a future-oriented spatial concept. umdasch is proud to have acted as general contractor for the conversion of a total of 10,000 m². Our services included screed, drywall construction, painting, flooring, glass partition walls, steel doors, fire protection and locksmith work.
